Geomajas installation

1. Download the war file: majas-tutorial-1.4.0.war (latest at the time of writing)
2. Stop the tomcat service
3. Copy the war to the webapps subdirectory of the tomcat installation directory
4. Rename the war to majas-tutorial.war
5. Start the tomcat service
