Project structure - version 1.5.0 and higher

The project structure outlined here, is the new project layout that Geomajas adopts starting from version 1.5.0. Earlier versions have a very simple project layout, where there is a server-side JAR library and a client-side Javascript library. Use these in a web application, together with the specific Geomajas configuration XML's, and you have a Geomajas application.

All this changes from version 1.5.0. Why? Because we want Geomajas to be ready for the future. Because we want to change to a modular design.

All documentation that follows, will outline the design principles that we're following to turn Geomajas in a modular and therefore more easily extensible framework.
